How do I access the online practice materials?
All current students receive login details during their first class. The practice materials are available through a simple website that works on any device. We'll show you how to access them during your course.
Can I get printed copies of the guides?
Yes! We provide printed guides for all major topics covered in your course. These are yours to keep and are designed with large, clear text and helpful diagrams. Additional copies are available upon request.
How long can I use the help desk support?
All course graduates receive three months of help desk access included in their course fee. After that, ongoing support is available for a small monthly fee, or you can attend our drop-in sessions.
Are there resources for family members who want to help?
We provide family guide sheets that explain how relatives can best support your learning without taking over. These include tips for patient teaching and common mistakes to avoid when helping seniors with technology.
